We’re noticing a significant increase in calls due to COVID-19 which means longer than usual delays.

We’re doing our best to help our customers in need and if your banking can be done without coming into the branch please do so. Consider these ways to do your banking.

Our Branches

The health and wellbeing of everyone who visits our branches is incredibly important to us and we’re taking steps to keep our people and our customers safe.

Branches

Main branch is open from 9am till 4pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm. Vaitele and Matautu hours are 9am till 3pm Monday to Friday, closed Saturday. Salelologa 9am till 3pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am - 11:30am Saturday. Other precautionary measures to protect the health and wellbeing of our customers are taken in branch including

  • Reduced number of customers allowed in branch at any one time.
  • Customer lines extended to ensure social distancing
  • Hand sanitizers at counters
Please do not use our branches if you are feeling unwell with a cough, sore throat or fever.

During the State of Emergency, we are open for business in other ways. If you need to talk to us, you can call us on +685 26766.

Ways to do your banking

If you’re unable to do your banking face-to-face, we’re here to help you do your banking online, or on the phone.

  • We have Gold card ATMs and Mastercard ATMs across the country for withdrawing cash
  • Access your banking online, through Internet Banking
  • Use the nbs mobile app (Android)
  • For telephone banking, call us on +685 26766
  • Use Ezibank (only for Digicel at this moment)

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can now reset it online. If you’re a personal banking customer, find out how to reset your Internet Banking password. If you’re a business customer, your administrator can do this for you, or there’s an online form to reset your password.
